Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Clinics

If you child is unable to play or for some reason chooses not to play before the start of the first clinic, your account will be refunded 100%.

Fall Softball

If we do not have enough girls to create a team at your child's age level, we will refund your money to you. If you sign up and determine that it will not work out for your schedule prior to the first game, we will refund you your money.

Parent/Alumni Game

We will issue a full refund if you are unable to play in the game.

Parent/Alumni Game

If you are unable to join us the night of the game, we would be happy to issue a complete refund.

Spring Softball

If your child is unable to play or for some reason chooses not to play before the start of the first game, your account will be refunded 100%.

Summer Softball

If your child is unable to play or for some reason chooses not to play before the start of the first game, your account will be refunded 100%.
